教授 佐井（蔡） 篤儀
Professor Dr. Du-Yih TSAI (Tokugi SAI)
He received the B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng-Kung University, Taiwan, M.E. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Gifu University, Japan, and Ph.D. Degree in Information Engineering from Nagoya University, Japan.
He was a Professor at the Dept. of Electrical and Information Engineering, Gifu National College of Technology, Japan.
He is currently a Professor at the Dept. of Radiological Technology, School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Niigata University, Japan.
His research interests include medical image processing, computer-aided diagnosis system, and pattern recognition. Prof. Tsai is a member of IEEE (Senior), SPIE, European Congress Radiology, and IEICE.
